TMS at Blacksburg Psychiatry
A focused, noninvasive treatment option for depression when medication has not provided adequate relief or has caused difficult side effects.

TMS uses focused magnetic stimulation to target brain networks involved in mood regulation. A typical course involves visits to our Blacksburg office five days per week for about six weeks, with each treatment session lasting about 20 minutes.
